（軍聞社記者陳建興臺北31日電）為疏解清明連假前往新北市軍人忠靈祠掃墓的人潮及車潮，新北市民政局將於4月4、5日，進行車輛管制上山及免費接駁專車措施。

　民政局表示，因軍人忠靈祠區上山道路狹窄，為疏解車流，將進行車輛管制上山措施，並於樹林區中正路、忠義街口設置免費接駁專車，自上午8時起至下午4時行駛（人滿即開）往返，請開車民眾將車輛停放於附近停車場，再搭乘專車前往祠區。

　此外，新北市忠靈祠自99年起已實施臥香（不點燃）祭拜措施，免費提供臥香，民眾不需再攜帶燃香，而市府則提供可燃環保袋供民眾使用，除維護民眾健康外，更可宣導健康祭祀的環保概念。
