與13歲嫩女友嘿咻　男遭起訴

新北市一名普姓男子（23歲）去年在臉書結識13歲女網友，雙方陷入熱戀，普男經常利用假日南下新竹縣，尋找嫩女友談心。不過，普男卻省房錢，帶著少女到圖書館或國小校園內聊天，情不自禁時隔著少女衣褲猥褻撫摸少女胸部及下體。去年8月間，少女帶著普男回家，2人趁家人不在時嘿咻。少女熱戀期間心情陰晴不定，向友人吐露陷入戀愛的心情，經友人告知家人才得知女兒已與對方發生性關係，憤而控告普男妨害性自主。普男得知遭對方家人控告，緊急與被害少女家人和解，並獲得諒解。不過，因少女未滿14歲，且被告也坦承與少女情事，檢方認定普男涉對未滿14歲女子猥褻、性交罪嫌，今天依法提起公訴。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
