標題行車糾紛

各位版友您好: 今天早上上班時，直行後準備右轉進入校園(上班場所)， 當時打完右轉方向燈確認後方無車我就開入校園，約在3:45秒後 校門的電動閘門就撞到我右側車門，警衛認為他正在關門 我沒有停下來，可是我在車上認為校門是開的且靜止的(有時候校門只會開一半)， 所以我是在碰撞後下來察看才知道閘門正在移動。警衛覺得我車速過快， 沒有看到門在關，可是我行車紀錄器中發現，警衛是背對著我， 所以當他在關門時也沒有注意到有車子進入校園。 事後有報警處理但因為我是丙式車險，所以保險沒有理賠，只能進入民事賠償這部分， 想請問這個行車糾紛誰的責任比較大?請大家給我點意見，謝謝。 行車紀錄 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RuqB8g2DbtA&feature=youtu
