三陽經營權之爭　黃悠美：對結果有信心

面對近年來三陽（2206）經營權之爭等紛紛擾擾，且今年股東會將全面改選董監事，隨著股東會日期日益逼近，市場派及公司派近來攻防不斷，不過董事長黃悠美今說：「對結果有信心。」

黃悠美認為，以股東過去對於公司的肯定及支持，相信股東將作出最正確的選擇，因此對於這次改選相當有信心。

榮譽董事長黃世惠則強調，公司已有充分準備，所有的決定都是基於公司利益作為第一考量，未來也希望可以快點平和落幕。（陳慜蔚／台北報導）
