反服貿團體持續占據立法院，向政府表達訴求，但苦了附近的住戶與店家，不僅每晚都被高分貝的喇叭、大聲公騷擾，不得安寧，店家也因此生意掉了6成，學生代表承諾會改善、配合。

根據《中央社》報導，青島東路超過100多家住戶、店家，25日聯名推派社區管委會主委發表聲明，提出3項要求，第一，維護住戶夜間安寧，在深夜11時至隔天清晨7時，勿使用喇叭、大聲公等製造噪音。第二，維護住戶通行權利，社區內的老人通行及商家搬運貨品均需要通暢的通道，希望林森南路11巷的警察及學生撤離；第三，社區商家生意受影響，呼籲學生研擬退場方案。

學生代表表示，在深夜至清晨時間將不會使用大聲公等設備，但若遇到類似飆車族挑釁等狀況，逼不得已還是會使用相關設備，若老人或店家需要開道設立動線，會派人配合協助。

另外，學生代表表示，研擬退場方案還需等政府解決服貿問題與回應訴求。
