俄批歐美對俄制裁沒根據

俄羅斯聯邦委員會（議會上院）主席馬特維延科昨天說，美國和歐洲國家因烏克蘭問題威脅對俄採取制裁措施沒有足夠根據。

馬特維延科說，制裁不會達到西方國家預期的效果。俄羅斯已融入世界經濟和金融體系，制裁不會只給俄方帶來損失，經濟狀況並不是很好的歐盟國家也會因此受損。

馬特維延科強調，俄方不想搞對抗，希望繼續就烏克蘭問題與美國和歐洲國家進行對話，但俄方的立場和利益不容忽視。如果西方國家執意對俄採取制裁措施，俄方當然會予以回應。 （國際中心／綜合外電報導）
