因為轉換跑道 從客服跳往行銷領域 所以履歷投了，但面試機會很少(沒經驗真的好辛苦) 最近終於得到一個面試機會，也順利通過!!! 此offer底薪兩萬六，還另帶團體獎金(但我不敢指望太多...) 人資單位說部門業績好，團體獎金就領的多，等半年熬過去，薪＋獎可達七萬多 而且每年都會有考核評鑑，也可透過此管道加薪 我總覺得明擺在眼前的比較真實，但又不想放棄這個工作機會 因為公司蠻大間的，感覺能通過面試不簡單 請問各位，如果是你，會怎麼做選擇呢？ 選擇低薪大公司還是繼續找工作？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.70.139
