中信銀遭重罰千萬　兩大併購案停擺

金管會查獲中信銀重大違規案件，影響中信金併購日本東京之星和台灣人壽兩大案，全面停擺。

金管會說，因中信銀實質控制並利用一家「上海滬邑公司」收集中國情資，卻隱匿關係人交易，除罰中信銀1000萬元罰緩，更禁止中信銀申請轉投資案和海外設點，直到改善為止，此舉將讓中信金併購日本東京之星和台灣人壽兩大案，全面停擺。
 
金管會更要求，中信銀須嚴懲相關人員，並立即和這家「上海滬邑公司」解約。（廖珮君／台北報導）
