台積首季急單來也　巴克萊調升獲利預估

巴克萊證券出具報告表示，晶圓領先指數今年1月起已連續3個月走揚約13%，半導體產業趨勢築底，近期在28奈米急單帶動，20奈米HKMG和16奈米 FinFET製程轉進激勵2年向上周期，看好台積電(2330)首季營收優於預期的持平表現，重申加碼和目標價139元，調升今明後年每股獲利3%、1%、1%，分別上看8.34元、 9.20元、 9.98元。

巴克萊證券指出，去年第4季台積電美國IC設計客戶庫存已降至1.8個月，低於3個月平均的2.5個月庫存水位，亞洲IC設計客戶庫存也降至2.3個月，同樣低於平均3個月2.6個月的庫存水位。調查通路顯示，台積電首季急單有來自聯發科8核心3G SoC、Marvell和海思4G baseband，以及大尺寸驅動IC需求帶動。

巴克萊證券也指出，台積電2月營收468.3億元優於預期，累計1~2月營收達首季財測72%，優於過去平均5年1~2月的65%達成率，看好今年台積電首季營收有望季持平表現，毛利率將達47%，營益率可達35%。（陳俐妏／台北報導）
