全面還款關廠工人？　江宜樺：請勞動部研究

全國關廠工人抗爭18年，勞動部告勞工官司在撤告後終於落幕。行政院長江宜樺今受訪表示，勞動部做出重要決定，撤告不再追討先前貸款並償還已追討的金額，至於2012年提告前所追討的金額是否償還？江宜樺說，會請勞動部好好研究，就法律面公平正義原則思考，希望盡速給社會一個清楚答案。
 
對於關廠工人要求勞動部道歉，江宜樺說，勞動部過去也希望和平、和諧解決，但因現行法律與法律見解，無法立即回應關廠工人期待，才會訴諸行政法庭，對社會造成不安，過去這些事情，不管讓社會付出多大代價，政府概括承受，在難得的新基礎上往前走。（蘇聖怡／台北報導）
