抵制俄國　烏克蘭只派旗手參加殘奧

今日冬季殘障奧運於俄羅斯索契舉辦開幕式，但正值俄羅斯出兵烏克蘭克里米亞之際，烏克蘭代表團為了抵制俄羅斯，只派旗手參加。

據英國《都市報》報導，俄國總統普丁主持殘奧開幕式，烏克蘭代表隊先前表示，若克里米亞局勢惡化，他們不排除完全退出賽事。不過昨日代表團決定，不會杯葛殘奧賽事，但僅派旗手參加開幕式。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
