轉職遇到了不同的工作類型難以抉擇 請大家給些意見(目前三年年資) 公司 A.IC Design B.IC Design 地點 新竹 新竹 年薪 預估120 預估100 職務 軟體工程 影像演算法(C Code porting Optimization) 工時 9 ~ 9 9 ~ 9 年薪都是預估的，A目前是一定高於B A的軟體工程這一塊可能就是要想辦法提高軟體品質， 所以應該會去碰一些軟體開發的生命週期與流程模型 看看可不可以套入 應該也會需要建構 auto build，auto testing，CI Server這些 部門不大，老闆正在嘗試投資看看 B的演算法就是porting到Android或其他系統，然後想辦法增加效率。 我個人看法是 B 可以增加 Coding 能力，發展性很好。 A的話比較像是賭一把，如果真的能夠增加軟體品質或是把一套CI Server架構弄好 以後可以走偏管理職的路，但是弄不出東西那就可能變成打雜的。 我都快要擲茭來決定了，求各位開示~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.167.2 ※ 編輯: outgreenman 來自: 60.251.167.2 (03/05 15:07)
