豬肉漲　教部：營養午餐不准偷工減料

豬肉價格飆漲，連帶影響中小學營養午餐成本。教育部今表示，營養午餐採購是1年發包1次，廠商不能因暫時性物價波動，而在食材上偷工減料，若學校發現營養午餐品質變差，必須向廠商抗議。

教育部國教署副署長黃子騰說，各縣市營養午餐標案價格都不一，廠商大批採購要有能力去調節物價波動，在某些食材物價高漲時，另尋求替代食材。他強調，午餐品質不能打折，如果發現午餐品質下降，學校一定要向廠商抗議。

此外，教育部補助中小學弱勢學生營養午餐餐費，小學生每餐32元，國中生每餐35元，教育部曾和行政院主計總處討論提高餐費補助，但擔心排擠其他教育經費，而沒有做成調整，5年來補助價格維持不變。(劉嘉韻／台北報導)
