銓敘部查核條例送試院審查

銓敘部研擬將該條例提升至法律位階，並規定由法務部調查局辦理查核，針對政務官、以及一千多項事務官予以查核，若被認定有危害國家安全或重大利益之虞者，應不予任命或予以免職。

該條例分別在十年前，八年前兩度送審至立法院，皆因立法委員任期屆滿不續審，今天銓敘部再度在考試院會上報考此案，因事關公務人員任用權益，全案交付考試院會小組審查。
