馬要鍘王金平　由曾永權背黑鍋？

報載立法院長王金平請求「確認黨員資格存在」的民事訴訟案，國民黨考紀會供律師團參考的「考紀會處理王金平院長案始末」書面資料，有「經簽奉核定」的字樣，為免直指總統馬英九，特地修正為馬只簽字同意，國民黨內不滿人土直指：「馬要鍘王金平，為何由黨秘書長曾永權背黑鍋？」

曾永權今在宜蘭表示，那是開會前一個程序的公文，是開會一定要經過的行政流程，核准後才能開會，現在有一個資料，只是把開會公文流程更明確化，這是一個事實的陳述而已，沒有所謂的其他特別聯想，那個公文就是一個核准明確化陳述的程序，也沒有更改過公文，「簽奉核定」只是明確化有核准開會的意思。（游芳男／宜蘭報導）
