立委王育敏：有薪陪產假盼增為5天

新北市昨天祭出產檢假、增加先生陪產假等利多措施，立委王育敏今天建議，指陪產假3天增加為7天，其實增加的4天是不給薪，民眾真請假還是扣薪，她建議性別工作平等法直接將有薪陪產假由3天增加為5天，與周休二天湊成一個星期，讓民眾實質受惠。勞動部長潘世偉表示，構想很好，願意整體評估。

潘世偉表示，不管是北市或新北市，任何地方政府有創意做法，可以對勞工有進一步保障都支持。但不是每個縣市都可以做，例如北市讓雇員加薪，目前南部還沒有類似做法。若要全國一致性做法，要看地區性及產業特性，涉及較複雜，能做的勞動部都會做，他已經交代相關主管研究。
