歐晉德辭航發會代表 喪失高鐵董座職務

台灣高鐵公司董事長歐晉德昨（5日）晚突然辭去航發會高鐵公司法人代表職務，同時也失去台灣高鐵公司董事長身份。

高鐵公司指出，歐晉德認為近來高鐵發生相當多的狀況，造成旅客極大的不便，以及社會的責難，他身為董事長，本應一肩扛起所有的責任，而去年高鐵調漲票價，也引發社會批評，他沒有能夠向社會大眾說明，也難辭其咎，因此，向航發會提出辭去法人代表一職，同時也失去高鐵公司董事長職位。

至於接任董事長，則由航發會另派法人董事後，再由董事會推選新任董事長。
