馬習會為內部事務？　民進黨轟：自我矮化

關於「馬習會」，陸委會副主委林祖嘉今向各國駐台使節表示，我方認為今年的北京APEC是最適合的場域，因為陸方可解讀為內部事務（domestic affairs）。民進黨發言人林俊憲表示，「不懂林祖嘉是站在哪邊講話？他的說法是否代表馬英九的意思？」難道馬英九為了「馬習會」不擇手段，什麼立場都可讓，甚至替中國解釋，還自我矮化。
 
林俊憲說，馬英九這麼積極推「馬習會」，究竟是要解決什麼或達成什麼目標應先說清楚，尤其總統代表國家，應堅守國家尊嚴，不要只想著追求自己的歷史定位，民進黨呼籲馬英九應先關心老百姓的民生經濟。（林修卉／台北報導）
