中美晶2月營收回升　3月報價續揚

中美矽晶（5483）公布2月合併營收21.81億元，月增率19%，年增率41%，其營收上揚主要拜太陽能與半導體的訂單需求雙雙增溫之賜，其中太陽能產品營收達9.37億元，月成長幅度31%，年增率超過2倍，而子公司環球晶圓自結合併營收為12.44億元，月增幅度也高達11%。
 
中美晶表示，全球太陽能產業市場逐漸回溫並趨於穩定，高轉換效率產品需求持續攀升，3月訂單需求依然十分強勁，伴隨著多晶矽原料價格持續上漲，3月的晶片售價將會因應多晶矽原料成本的上漲而再調漲，以適當反映各項生產成本的增加。
 
在半導體的業務績效上，子公司環球晶圓受惠於車用、 通訊電子、手持裝置等市場商機的蓬勃發熱，帶動整體產能利用率維持滿載。海外子公司日本GWJ、大陸昆山中辰的8吋矽晶圓產線擴增以及美國GlobiTech磊晶片的產能擴充計畫均持續順利進行中。（楊喻斐／台北報導）
