Google砸15億元　投資不動產交易網站

搜尋引擎龍頭Google今宣布，將拿出5000萬美元（15.17億元台幣）投資線上不動產交易網站Auction.com。

Google表示，Auction.com已默默茁壯成大型線上交易網站，從根本改變了不動產、特別是商業不動產的交易方式，讓小型投資人也能參與。

Auction.com在網站上以拍賣方式直接銷售房地產，業績已相當不錯，去年透過該網站交易的商業與住宅不動產金額超過70億美元，來自Google的資金挹注應有助其大幅擴展事業。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
