李克強脫稿 譴責昆明恐攻案

中共國務院總理「李克強」今天早上在十二屆人大會議中，發表政府工作報告時脫稿演出，嚴辭譴責上周末在雲南「昆明」火車站的恐怖攻擊事件。

「李克強」在工作報告時說，對於3月1號發生在「昆明」火車站的嚴重暴力攻擊事件，當局表示強烈譴責，對不幸遇難群眾表達沉痛哀悼，同時也對遇害家屬及受傷群眾表示深切慰問；「李克強」表示，要堅決打擊一切褻瀆國家尊嚴，挑戰人類文明底線的暴力恐怖犯罪，確保廣大人民 群眾生命財產安全，共同建設明安中國。

與會人大代表及新聞記者手上的書面工作報告並沒有這段話。
