竊占國土案 劉政池全家到庭

（中央社記者林長順台北5日電）苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池涉嫌竊占國土案，士林地方法院今天開庭。劉政池與女兒、胞妹等8名被告到庭。

劉政池等竊占國有土地面積達4843.58平方公尺，士林地檢署依竊占及違反水土保持法等罪嫌將他起訴；檢方偵查另發現劉政池涉嫌誣告、偽證、偽造文書及違反公司法等罪嫌。

劉家除劉政池外，被起訴的還包括劉政池胞妹劉子瑩、長女劉冠廷、二女兒劉冠余。

另外，陽管處前處長蔡佰祿、前組長李朝盛、前承辦人謝文華等被告，涉嫌違背法令，圖利劉政池取得建造執照部分，士檢以圖利罪起訴。1030305
