桃園縣議員羅文欽 送花給警察

桃園縣議員羅文欽今天下午5時10分，突然出現在桃園縣平鎮警分局門口，下車後親自送一盆蝴蝶蘭花組合給門口的平鎮派出所執勤員警。上面寫著「各位警察同仁；對於此次失言失禮深表歉意，讓我們繼續站在一起，為平鎮市民打拚，縣議員羅文欽」。

縣議員羅文欽未發一言，贈送蘭花盆組合後直接搭車離去，前後約30秒，讓平鎮派出所執勤警員一陣錯愕，直接將這盆蘭花送到警備隊。
