公民組織臉書上線　目標2016國會選舉

中研院法律所副研究員黃國昌今天在臉書PO文，宣布「公民組合」(Taiwan Citizen Union)的臉書正式上線。

黃國昌說，公民組合主張懷抱希望和理想的人必須聚集起來，形成有力的公民參政運動。譬如：一、創造一套有效的問責機制，包括運用網路及相關科技，降低參與門檻，使得公民能有效監督政治部門。二、建立平台、形成論述，結合公民共同審議公共政策，提出問題的解決方案。三、號召公民支持優秀的候選人，參與2016年國會選舉，打破目前的政治壟斷。

黃國昌表示，第一場與公民社會的對話，將於3月14日白色情人節晚上在台中舉行，從台中出發，預計利用二個月的時間，走完全國，最後回到台北。 （政治中心／台北報導）
