「不聽話自己回家」　少女夜遊遭性侵破處

南投縣1名林姓男子2011年5月載3名友人夜遊，凌晨一一送友人回家後，獨留1名睡著的少女，色心大起載到偏僻處遭性侵破處，還恐嚇他不得張揚；南投地院昨依強制性交罪，判處有期徒刑7年4月。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，該名熟睡的少女被林男強行脫褲的動作驚醒，他仍強行撫摸其身體，威脅她「不聽話就自己走回家」，林男得逞後還恐嚇，「告訴別人就再有下一次」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
