國際原子能總署署長天野之彌(AMANO, Yukiya)昨(3)日表示，沒有理由擔心日本所儲存的鈽會被用來發展核子武器。

防止核子武器擴散是國際原子能總署的任務，因此該總署的調查員定期在全世界各地的核能電廠和相關設備的國家檢察核能設施，這當中也包含日本。......
