北韓發射飛彈 美籲北韓克制

路透報導，北韓發射兩枚短程「飛毛腿」導彈後，美國國務院3日呼籲北韓自我克制，避免挑釁行為。

國務院發言人莎琪說：「我們呼籲北韓避免挑釁行為，導致緊張升高，我們呼籲北韓多所克制，採取措施改善與鄰國關係。」
