涉收賄亂倒廢土　2調查官交保

檢調偵辦台北港填海造陸計畫被濫倒工程廢土弊案，發現調查局航業調查處基隆站副主任桂宏正，涉嫌與女子陳蓁澐共同收賄包庇，昨兵分15路搜索約談桂、陳等9人到案，經漏夜訊問後，裁定桂宏正30萬元，陳蓁澐10萬元交保。
 
另調查專員康宗顯10萬元，業者蔡、張5萬元，擔任白手套的沈姓業者6萬元，基隆港務分公司工程處工程科承辦人陳武順也以5萬元交保，另有一名朱姓業者請回。
 
據悉，訊問中桂男仍否認不法，陳女辯稱僅有跟土方業者借貸關係，也否認與桂男有外遇情侶關係。（孫友廉／新北報導）
