寒天凍未條　遊民躲地下道避寒

強烈冷氣團報到，全台各地都陷入低溫警戒，中部地區19日又濕又凍直到凌晨雨勢才趨緩，不過入夜後的氣溫仍在10度左右。

《蘋果》入夜後直擊台中車站前地下道約有30多名遊民席地而睡，因寒流的關係讓許多原本在戶外的遊民紛紛躲至地下道避寒，有些遊民僅用雨衣或外套避寒相當克難，氣象局20日(今)仍發布低溫特報，雖然中南部雨勢稍解，但還是提醒民眾要特別注意保暖。（張惠凱／台中報導）
