內閣改組　財經首長及李鴻源safe啦

內閣農曆年後改組傳聞，總統府、行政院昨仍堅不證實，但知情人士指出，財經首長全留任，內政部長李鴻源受馬賞識，去職機率不高，但傳駐美代表金溥聰近期將異動，下月返國接掌國安會秘書長機會最高。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，外界點名表現不佳應撤換的交通部長葉匡時、衛福部長邱文達及農委會主委陳保基，知情人士說，這幾名首長施政雖有爭議，但馬江肯定他們勇於任事，未列入異動計劃。 今日出版的《聯合報》報導，下月3日科技部將成立，政務委員張善政任內推動多項改革，如協助處理第三方支付、4G標售等重大政策，目前被看好接任科技部長。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
