心碎告白：腦死孕妻靠維生器暫活　生產後拔管

加拿大32歲男子班森（Dylan Benson）的網路部落格最近引發話題，因為他在其中描述，自己的妻子去年12月在懷胎22周時遭逢腦出血、此後陷入腦死昏迷，目前依靠維生器保住生命，醫生預計在今年3月為她進行剖腹產。令人鼻酸的是，班森的妻子生產後將拔管，班森將失去摯愛，成為單親爸爸。
 
法新社報導，班森在部落格（misterbenson.com）撰寫這段令人心碎的生命歷程，他稱腦死昏迷的妻子羅賓是他的「磐石」。他形容自己的矛盾心情，令人動容︰「一方面，我等不及迎接將出生的兒子，給他最好的人生，盡我所能成為好父親。另一方面，我知道兒子出生後的某天，將是我必須向羅賓告別的時刻。」（林奐成／綜合外電報導）
