真的有在抓　後座沒繫安全帶罰3000元

【劉志原╱台北報導】楊姓男子去年3月間，開車行經國道3號七堵收費站，因後座乘客未繫安全帶遭警方攔下，當場開罰3000元，楊男認為，他的車有貼反光玻璃紙，警察看不到後座，卻仍開罰，提行政訴訟要求免罰，台北地院判他敗訴。

楊男表示，當天下午，他過收費站時，將車窗搖下要將過路票交給收費員時，警察即走過來說他後座乘客沒繫安全帶，他認為，警察應該是沒看清楚，法官認為，警員已出庭證稱，現場目擊楊男後座乘客沒繫安全帶。

判決指出，警方現場錄音錄到雙方對話，警員說：「先生不好意思，後座為了安全要繫安全帶。」楊男答稱：「那個坐墊不夠高。」警員又說：「大人也沒有繫啊，都要繫喔。」楊男最後說：「拜託！不要這樣子。」顯見當時楊男車輛後座乘客的確沒繫安全帶而遭取締，判楊男敗訴，提行政訴訟的裁判費300元及傳喚警員作證的證人旅費602元也要由楊男付。
