【林泊志／宜蘭報導】超狠心！宜蘭市一隻流浪狗日前被發現遭砍頭，全身都是傷痕，一名好心的美腿妹原已送牠去治療並打算收留牠，不料被拴在門口的這隻流浪狗，但竟被不名人士偷放走。狗兒昨日返回這名美腿妹的住處，赫然發現牠的鼻子全都被削到見骨，已送醫救治，美腿妹妹難過地說：「一定要揪出兇手！」

家住宜蘭市大坡路的女子林冠妡表示，日前這隻虎斑外型的流浪狗，跑到她的住處，因當時狗兒頭部及身體身痕累累，她不捨趕緊送牠就醫，頭部縫了好幾針。原本擔心牠亂跑，林女用鐵鍊把這隻流浪狗拴在自家門口，但2天前竟被偷放走，日前牠跑回來後，竟連鼻子都被砍到見骨，緊急通報防疫所治療。林姓女子表示，這隻流浪狗活動的範圍就在附近，認為是附近不肖民眾下的毒手，盼一起緝凶。
