開放加牛 朝野都挺

台灣擬開放加拿大帶骨牛肉進口，立法院長王金平表示，衛福部認為加拿大管控比美國嚴，民眾可安心，朝野黨團也表支持。

經濟部長張家祝、外交部長林永樂、衛福部長邱文達與農委會主委陳保基昨天上午連袂拜會立法院長王金平及朝野黨鞭。王金平認為，在安全管制無虞下，進口「加牛」可兼顧公平貿易，也有助台灣爭取跨太平洋夥伴協定（TPP）。

四部會首長昨到立法院報告時，民進黨立院黨團幹部並未與會。但民進黨團總召柯建銘在會後發表聲明指出，若開放後有助台灣加入TPP，民進黨團樂見其成。

立法院本周二休會，馬上冒出「加牛」議題，引發部分立委疑慮。民進黨立委田秋堇就質疑，行政部門刻意挑立院休會期間「突襲」宣布開放，莫非想逃避監督？

王金平說，應不至於有此問題，因談判有時程，報告後才簽署。
