東京2040年將成超老齡都市

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】老年問題是日本當前重要的社會課題，日本國立社會保障與人口問題研究所預估，到了2040年，東京生活圈的一都三縣（東京都、千葉縣、神奈川縣、琦玉縣）的75歲以上人口將比2010年增加將近一倍，90歲以上人口將增為5.2倍，東京也將成為世界第一的超老齡都市。
 
《日本經濟新聞》報導，東京生活圈的老年人口增加數量在日本首屈一指，75歲以上人口在2040年將增加285萬人，是日本全國平均的1.6倍，90歲以上老人也將增加118萬人，成為147萬人。日本國際醫療福祉大學教授高橋泰警告，到2025年，東京生活圈的醫療與養老可能就已經處於毀滅性局面。
