外星人路邊停車　警開罰900元

【劉志原╱台北報導】章姓計程車司機去年10月間，將車停在台北市劃有紅線道路上，警方認定違規停車開罰900元，他不服，強調「警員很奇怪，居然把我當做外星人，會忽然從車內消失，當時我在車內躺。」要求免罰，台北地院行政法庭判他敗訴。

章男指出，當時是夜間10時許，他牙痛吃藥後，在路邊臨時停車休息，不算違規，法官認為，道路劃有紅線路段，為「禁止停車」路段，不論章男案發時有沒有在車內，他的車輛都屬於違規停車，警方開罰有理，判章男敗訴；仍可上訴。
