縣市長艱困選區　國民黨：擬採徵召應戰

【晏明強／台北報導】年底七合一選戰，國民黨在選情不利的高雄市，已決定徵召政務委員楊秋興，而其他艱困選區，包括宜蘭縣、台南市、屏東縣，黨務人士透露，國民黨可能比照高市作法，採直接徵召不辦初選的方式應戰，目前屏東縣已確定將徵召行政院副秘書長簡太郎，等簡農曆年後正式表態參選，就會儘速完成徵召作業。

至於宜蘭縣與台南市，目前都仍在尋覓適合人選，宜蘭縣不排除也找政務官上陣，但被鎖定的目標人選，衛福部國民健康署署長邱淑媞，參選意願並不高。台南市目前也無合適人選，國民黨鎖定地方德高望重的學界人士勸進，但至今仍無具體進展。

另外前青輔會主委陳以真近日已鬆口考慮角逐嘉義市長，黨內人士樂觀表示，陳參選機會超過六成以上，但由於嘉市已有地方人士表態參選，必須進行黨內初選，不太可能用徵召方式來提名。
