標題[請問] 瓦數計相關疑問

最近想買個儀器測試一下家電的瓦數來算電費 (我自稱瓦數計~不知道有沒有更正確的名字?) 看到沒屋頂拍賣的價差頗大的 1. 想請問這種東西的價差可能是甚麼部分的差異?還是也沒差? (例如準確度?安全度?) 2. 請問這種東西測出來的值跟台電測到的會有很大的差距嗎? (主要是想估電費，會"很"不準嗎?) 3. 同上~如果一個電器上面有些功耗，但測出來更高~這樣是這種機器不准 還是廠商標示的誤差呢?
