標題[請問] 對於追車的狗，要怎麼請人抓他?

大家都知道有捕狗隊會抓流浪狗，但是最近常常看到一些狗，明明是有人養， 主人不把他養在家裡，放他在路上到處玩，而他們平時沒事時就趴在馬路中央， 佔據道路，嚴重時有時會追車。 老實說，這樣的飼主也太不負責任，真的很看不過去也很不爽， 但又不是流浪狗，叫捕狗隊抓時，那是主又會把狗帶到家裡去。 這樣捕狗隊便抓不了，一走主人又放出來... 如果這種狀況有拍到狗追車，或是佔據道路，有哪條法規可以告飼主的嗎? 時再很想給他們一點教訓，但看到上次有新聞: 在路上被咬，主人說: "狗本來就會咬人" 而主人和狗都沒受罰? 真的拿他們沒皮條嗎? 有什麼辦法可以告他們呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.158.247
