本新聞由上下游新聞市集提供【上下游記者林慧貞/報導】新版《食品衛生管理法》過年前恐無法三讀，美商COSTCO、可口可樂紛紛批評食管法會讓百年祕方外流，揚言退出台灣市場；相關人士透露，新版食管法要求基改作物標示、複方食品添加物查驗登記，引起業者大反彈，甚至意圖私下找立委吃飯遊說，是食管法卡關真正原因。

消基會消費者報導雜誌社發行人陳智義痛批，立法院根本沒有將人民的健康安全放在眼中，他也呼籲選民，拿起電話打到立委辦公室，表達希望食管法儘速通過的立場，叫立法委員處理完食館法再回家過年。（詳讀全文）
