精障男闖民宅割人頸　反遭人K破頭

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市下營區今晚發生一起精障男闖民宅割人頸，反遭人K破頭的傷害案，因案發地點剛好在甲中活動中心對面，現場圍了不少人，下營派出所擔心事態擴大，出動三台巡邏車將雙方人馬隔離。

因精障男被K破頭血流如柱，警方立即請求下營消防隊到現場支援，把頭部受傷的精障男送柳營奇美醫院救治，至於現場有一名43歲被割破左項的男子，則被柳營消防隊送麻豆新樓醫院救治中，二人暫無生命危障，警方目前仍在釐清這起衝突的發生原因和經過。不過下營派出所所長說，精障男是甲中地區的不定時炸彈，這次衝突發生後，將設法將精障男強制送醫。
