電梯暴衝斷女腿　業務員無罪

【許淑惠／台中報導】2010年11月，中市熱河路「崇德第一家」大樓發生電梯暴衝，4樓王姓女住戶，要搭乘電梯下樓，上身及左腿才剛跨進電梯，電梯即自動關門暴衝至14樓，王女右腿被夾住拖行摩擦，造成骨折、右下股坐骨神經斷裂等重大不治傷害。
 
受僱維俢保養電梯的全友得有限公司洪姓業務員，依業務過失傷害罪被起訴，台中地院指出，因無法鑑定究竟是零件故障？還是電梯本身設計問題？導致電梯暴衝，所以無法認定是業務員疏於檢查、維護保護，判洪男無罪，可再上訴。
