專家：北韓導彈 11分15秒就射到首爾

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】根據韓聯社報導，南韓有專家指出，如果北韓在位於咸鏡北道的舞水端里發射場，向南發射搭載核武器的彈道導彈，只要11分15秒便可射到首爾。

韓南大學教授崔鳳完（譯音）表示，在11分15秒中，其中9分鐘導彈在大氣層外飛行，只有約2分15秒是在大氣層內飛行。換言之，南韓只有大約2分鐘的時間去攔截飛彈。

崔教授更指，南韓軍方目前的攔截系統，從技術上而言，難以完全消除北韓核導彈威脅，必須建立可覆蓋不同高度的系統。
