App遭駭係假?　遠通改口稱疑似設計不周

【李姿慧／台北報導】行政院資安小組調查認定遠通App非遭駭客攻擊，而是程式設計問題。遠通電收傍晚原坦承是App設計不周延，但晚間又改口強調，該案仍在調查中，遠通尚未接獲任何調查結果，目前僅能說是「疑似」App設計有問題、非網路大量攻擊，因媒體已有相關行政院調查結果報導，遠通電收才決定主動說明和致歉。
 
遠通電收表示，案發當天第一時間的確判斷有疑似駭客攻擊，但刑事局提醒有可能是設計問題，因此事後嘗試還原情況，由於無法百分之百確認最原始狀況，僅能判斷疑似是App系統設計機制導致大量異常連線，但確切原因仍待刑事局和行政院的調查報告出爐才能判定，遠通絕非第一時間蓄意用App遭駭議題來掩蓋系統問題，只是第一時間決定採最謹慎負責態度處理。
