台經院︰去年出口持平　今年出口不悲不喜

【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部7日將公布2013年12月與全年海關出口統計，台灣經濟研究院景氣預測中心主任孫明德說，去年出口表現雖沒有預期理想，但應不至於負成長，預期為持平。2014年出口不悲觀也不樂觀，需要更久的時間回溫。
 
孫明德指出，歐美經濟雖緩慢復甦，但去年5月起新興市場受QE﹙Quantitative Easing，貨幣寬鬆政策﹚將退場影響，熱錢撤退，股匯大亂，導致我國出口至新興市場下滑。
 
另外，產業競爭加劇，石化、鋼鐵與面板業都有結構問題，如中國積極發展面板，台灣因此被替代，南韓與中國簽暑FTA﹙Free Trade Agreement，自由貿易協定﹚後的關稅減免效應愈來愈明險，日圓貶值讓日本機械業佔更大優勢等，2014年這些問題依然存在。
