在公司身邊有這種投機取巧的人,是你的話會怎麼辦? 例如一個專案依SOP作業也許要花4H才能做好,而這傢 伙自動減化步驟花了2H就做好,其它的時間在摸魚打屁 這減化動作也許短時間根本不會發現問題,但時間長了 就不一定了,且也當面糾正他過一次了,他依然我行我素 ,表面上看來他績效很好,如果有這種同事你會怎麼做? 有樣學樣?還是向主管打小報告?還是不理他(若選後者的話 他績效會比自身好,那又該如何調適),我想社會上應該蠻多這 種人吧? -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.230.212.234
