柏南克：美國經濟可望更快速成長

【王秋燕╱綜合外電報導】美國Fed主席柏南克對美國經濟前景發表樂觀談話，他指出，美國民眾的財務狀況已有改善，房市前景看好，預期美國聯邦政府減少支出、增稅措施對經濟衝擊程度減少，這些因素預告美國經濟未來幾季會持續成長。
 
柏南克（Ben Bernake）上周五於美國費城「美國經濟學會」年會發表演說時發表上述談話。他說：「美國經濟成長阻礙因素漸漸消退，經濟可望更快成長，不過，依照過去經驗，預期需要謹慎一些。」
 
柏南克指出，他在Fed（Federal Reserve，聯準會）主席8年任內，美國及Fed都經歷經濟衰退、金融海嘯等重大事件，Fed用極端政策因應各項挑戰。

他說，美國經濟復甦雖在加速，仍需Fed與政府的有力政策繼續支持；目前美國失業率還在高檔，高長期失業人口、生產力成長不足，都是不利經濟發展的隱憂。
 
柏南克表示，中國與墨西哥改革政策的進展與成效，是經濟發展的關鍵因素；歐洲與日本政府也積極改革，經濟已見成長跡象，已開發國家與新興國家都有值得正面看待的樂觀理由。
