運動熱 台北東區掀起運動卡位戰

運動市場「燒滾滾」，台北東區街頭也掀卡位戰，眾家運動品牌無視店租翻倍漲，積極卡位東區「金」店面，瞄準的就是每月百萬業績，以及至多半年就能回本的潛在商機。

台北東區忠孝東路四段至五段向來都是流行品牌一級戰場，在平價時尚進駐後，更成為指標地段，店租也跟著翻倍漲，不過，隨著運動風氣崛起，運動品牌逐漸追上平價時尚品牌的闊氣，在這每月店租數十萬不等的「金」華地段比拼，甚至卡位卡贏國際大牌，adidas就擊敗各大流行品牌搶下東區金店面。

Reebok、Under Armour也接連搶入，其他還有PUMA、NEW BALANCE、ASICS早已搶進東區先卡位，業者坦言，東區已不再只是流行、平價時尚的必爭之地，也是運動品牌一級戰區，只要卡進東區，無論在營收或形象，都能雙雙加分。
