標題[問題] 試用期有無年終？

最近要提離職，但一直被慰留拖了兩天（因主管太忙無法一直談+她休假），但談到的有個部分真的很納悶…她說“要離也要等領完年終在離，不要跟錢過意不去！”但我還在試用期，於是反問他我有？她說有！而且是用底薪算什麼的…這是慰留我的藉口or真的有？ 謝謝！！ p/s: 我在百貨公司龍頭上班 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.84.23
