北市跨年　交大派20重機待命護送民眾

【林媛玲／台北報導】為迎接2014跨年，北市府今天舉辦跨年晚會，台北捷運公司提醒民眾可利用信義線與板南線前往市府活動會場，以分散車流，尖峰時間約在晚上7時以後，配合跨年各路線班距也會調整視情況加發列車。北市交通大隊表示，今年除在信義計畫區周遭有3階段管制外，今年首開先例晚間會有20輛重型機車在管制區周遭待命。

交大說，重機服務對象包括家中有緊急狀況的民眾，以及在會場走失的孩童等等，將依緊急性及必要性提供服務，至於何謂緊急狀況則交由現場執勤人員視狀況決定，民眾若需要協助可打110通報，現場會有專人服務有緊急需要的民眾。
